At the beginning of psychotherapy the client and therapist set the goals and initial agenda. The approximate duration of therapy is defined. Cognitive behavioural therapy is useful in the treatment of variety of mental health and in managing a wide spectrum of difficulties. CBT has the best documented efficacy for treatment of anxiety disorders and depression.

Duration: Initial psychiatric assessment 60 minutes / Follow-up appointments: 40 minutes

We provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment and treatment in English. Research has repeatedly shown that for most conditions, when treatment with medication is combined with therapy, clinical outcomes are significantly better than when medication is taken alone. At the beginning the psychiatrist focuses on understanding client’s vision of well-being and her/his concerns. Once the evaluation is completed, a diagnostic impression and treatment recommendations such as pharmacotherapy will be made and will be discussed with the client.
