I am a psychologist and psychotherapist certificated in the cognitive behavioral therapy. I have worked as a psychologist since 2015.

When working with patients, one of the most important things, is to create the atmosphere of trust and sincerity, because it's the optimal environment to change patients' internal reality. I am also a host of the Youtube channel „Łukasz Zdebelak psycholog, psychoterapeuta" (en. „Łukasz Zdebelak psychologist and psychotherapist"). My channel on YouTube is a place where I help people solve their psychological problems by sharing my knowledge and experience related to the cognitive behavioral therapy and my work.

In my free time I like spending time with people that are close to me as well as my dog. I also like learning Spanish and editing movies.

I help adult patients by means of the individual therapy. I am working with people who suffer from:
